Shipping Policy

General Shipping Conditions

All packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel to ensure you receive fast, safe and reliable delivery service. International customer’s packages are delivered by Canada Post’s affiliate carriers.
Your order is packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We will not backorder product, if there are any shortages we will contact you before shipping.
On rare occasions, Canada Post’s app may produce incorrect shipping quotes, if there is a major discrepancy in cost we will contact you before shipping.

Tracking a Shipment

You will receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

International Shipments

International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country and currency from the dropdown menu in the main navigation.
Customers are responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery, in applicable countries.

Paypal Charges

Likor Shak purchases will appear on your Paypal account as LIKOR SHAK.

Return Policy

Returns will be processed through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) program.
An item may be returned for a refund in it’s original condition and shipping package, including all manuals and documentation, within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and any reverse duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us for step-by-step RMA instructions.
Return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date.
Items not eligible for return include:
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Food products, for example: yeast, hops, grains, wine kits, beer kits, etc.
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page or sales receipt
• Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, for example: “10 for $50” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
• Shipping charges on purchases

Refunds

Once your return is received at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Damaged Goods

Inspect all deliveries prior to signing delivery slip.
If your item is damaged during shipping, report damage to the delivery carrier when you receive the package.
Then contact us to start a damage claim. You will be required to provide documentation of the order along with clear and concise photographs of all damage to the original shipment packaging, item packaging and the item(s).
Return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
