Whirlfloc® Tablets – 5 Pack
A semi-refined kettle fining agent derived from Eucheuma cottonii. It is negatively charged to attract positively charged proteins, leading to improved trub compaction, enhanced beer clarity & longer filter runs. Whirlfloc® T is in a convenient rapidly dissolving tablet form which eliminates the need for hydration prior to addition, which in turn makes it convenient for smaller kettle sizes. Use one tablet per 10 gallon batch (For 5 gallon batches, cut a tablet in half), and add it with 5 minutes remaining in the boil.
