Potassium Metabisulphite – 200 grams
A convenient way to accurately sulphite wine. Inhibits harmful bacteria and helps retard oxidation. Add in primary fermenting stage and wait 24 hours before adding yeast. Potassium Metabisulphite is used as a food safe no-rinse sanitizer, but can also be used to ensure the longevity of wine.
