American White Oak Chips – Medium Toast, when added to wine, produces a flavour simulating storage in watertight casks and barrels made from oak.
For use in red wines and Sauvignon Blanc

DIRECTIONS: Use 10g/gal (4L) to add depth and complexity to red wines and sauvignon blancs.
