American White Oak Chips – Light Toast, when added to wine, produces a flavor simulating storage in watertight casks and barrels made from oak.
Use 10 grams per gallon / 4 litres to add depth and complexity to red wines and sauvignon blancs. For best results, add to primary fermenter.
