Stainless steel splicer designed for connecting two different sizes of tubing together.
The smaller barb will accept 3/16″ or 1/4″ ID tubing (typical to homebrew systems) on one side,
and the larger barb will accept 5/15″ or 3/8″ ID tubing common to commercial systems.
