Released in the fall of 2010 by CLS Farms, El Dorado® is a dual-purpose variety with exceptional aroma qualities and significantly high alpha acids.
Aroma: The variety exhibits fruity notes, specifically tropical fruit flavours, in addition to suggestions of pear, watermelon, stone fruit, citrus and bubble gum
ALPHA ACIDS: 14 – 16%
Typical Brewing Style: IPA and Pale Ale.
Possible Substitution: Sterling or Nugget.
