Alpha Amylase Enzyme 454 grams
Not to be confused with gluco amylase, which breaks down carbohydrates, Alpha Amylase works with starches and is most often used in all-grain batches. Because you only use 1 tsp per 5 gallons, the 1-lb bulk size is ideal for those who produce large or frequent batches. We also have a 2-oz Alpha Amylase available.
